Flaunteur materials
Unless otherwise stated, Flaunteur’s name, logo, design, interface, software, copy, graphics, and original site materials are owned by or licensed to Flaunteur and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, sell, modify, or create misleading associations with these materials without permission.
User content
Flaunteurs retain ownership of the photos, videos, writing, and other content they post, subject to the limited license in our Terms & Conditions. Posting an object does not establish ownership of every trademark, artwork, photograph, design, or other right visible in the post.
Report alleged infringement
Email contact@flaunteur.com with “Copyright notice” in the subject line. Include: your name and contact information; identification of the protected work; the exact Flaunteur URL or enough detail to locate the material; a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or law; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act; and your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed in error, send “Copyright counter-notice” to the same address. Identify the removed content and its former location, explain under penalty of perjury why removal was a mistake or misidentification, provide your name, address, telephone number, consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law, and include your physical or electronic signature. We may share notices and counter-notices with the affected parties or service providers.
Repeat infringement and false claims
We may remove or restrict content and suspend or terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. Knowingly submitting a materially false notice or counter-notice can create legal liability. Trademark, design, counterfeit, and other intellectual-property concerns may be sent to the same address with a clear description and supporting evidence.
